The Gym

When i am in the gym i feel at peace,

The hard work and the sweat prove to me my determination,

When i find myself angry the gym is a release,

This body i build, my very own creation,

A good place to build a second home,

Where you find yourself and what you are capable of,

A place to go if life gets too tough,

Its a place to meet and make friends with like minded individuals,

Network, and create friendships from scratch,

People who will never put you down,

Because at one point they were like you,

People who will never give up,

Because this dream they have, they will eventually prove true,

Living a healthy lifestyle,

Creating an image you are comfortable with on the outside,

And being the person you truly are on the inside,

The gym is a place that makes me happy to be me.
