The Gym

Better then who you were yesterday.

Reflect on your accomplishments,

ignore, comparing yourself to others

Staying at your own pace.

Others see me as a gym rat,

I see myself struggling.

Working out a lot,

but failing at times.

I've run out of energy.

It's hard to lift,

cardio is hell.

These are the days I dread.

Focused and concentrated,

aiming for personal records.

Today was a good day.

Goal accomplished.
