Habits

Sometimes it’s so difficult 

To fight back my negative habits

And replace them with positive ones

The negative ones keep fighting

Trying to push there way 

Back into my life 

They want to be the ones in control

But no longer will I let them control me

No longer will they rule my life

For I will take daily action

To keep bringing the positivity in

To keep reminding myself

And keep making 

the positive habits stronger 

And the negative habits weaker

Until one day they will be so weak

They won’t even dare to fight back

They won’t even try 

to push there way into my life again
