Haiku

Your a tiny sprout
Grounded but you want to fly
Spread your wings and soar

You put on makeup
Your flawless public facade
You're not really you

People always want
Never ever really give
Blinded by desire

You don't deserve it
Your confusing greed with need
It's all you care for

You don't notice me
You seem to only want her
Why can't you see me

I still hear your voice
When it is him next to me
Without you it's hard
