Hair of my hair, Blood of my blood
Hair of my hair, Blood of my blood, Pain as well as love swells within me intermingling with free will and ancient promises. The involuntary sweet pain that is womanhood. Hair scattered to the wind, like my shed uterine lining. Viscous clumps and feathery kisses of dyed hair. Hair of my hair, Blood of my blood, overlapping honey-dripped pain, lingering aches, and emboldened cries. Sweet, tangy, rich in iron and wisdom. Woven promises and interlocking fingers. Hair of my hair, Blood of my blood, release the burdens that hide in your marrow. Drip drip the fear and hurt of past. Bringer of life, beauty, and pain, Blood of my blood, Hair of my hair. Enter your sweet cacoon and emerge anew.
