Ham

From your meaty complexion to your sweet glaze

sometimes slimy but tasty none the less

You never cease to amaze

with mustard, you taste the best

Sometimes roasted, sometimes canned

You're worth every bite

You bring me to my knees, I cannot stand

No other meat product gives me such delight

This ham inspired poem brought a strange smile to my face. It certainly is quite creative; I love it!

Love the rhyming and the talk about ham. HAM LOVERS UNITE!!!! LOL. Just kidding. The poem is great and humorous and I like it. It's different from all of the depressing, why-doesn't- he-love-me poem I've been reading lately. Keep up!!! Keep writing on my friend ;)!!!
