Hands

Reaching through the darkness, to escape this dark hole called depression..but no one helps, screaming in a room but no one looks. Falling deeper and deeper into this darkness..feeling there is only one way out...seconds away from giving into to those dark thoughts and demons telling me I'm worthless... but then a hand appears reaching down in front of my face grabbing my hand pulling me, pulling me back to daylight lifting me higher and higher showing me those demons are wrong I am great. The hand keeps pulling me out of this darkness until I'm met by you the person who pulled me out of a black hole called depression.

#ThatswhyILoveYou  You lift me up when I'm knocked down and show me I do have a purpose.
