The Hand's Ability

I don’t think you get just how powerful your hand can be It can do so many things From holding onto a lover’s hand Writing down sinful things Or maybe even sweet things It has the grip to grasp the dreams you desire The palm of your hand has lines of its’ own That can say your whole story Fingers that can feel what’s real from fake With just two of your hands held out Wide open You can catch what’s fallen All the things that fell apart Whether from a heart Or a broken wing With just these hands you can make a better beginning Don’t you get it now? These hands We’re given To break To fix To remake To create
