Hang up Your Clothes!

A letter to my closted self,

You would think after spending countless years

in the closet,

in denial,

about the cardinal aspects of your sexuality

that you would have learned to hang up your shirts.

Your personal space would have evolved to bear a sense of organization,

and your parents would have gotten the clue that you're not into men.

Take a word of advice from me,

take the time to hang up your laundry.
