Hangman

Do you feel the words that you spit

Do you savor them as you think

Even if you do

It connects when it hits

Before I blink.

Control while you can

In the end, you'll understand

-at least that's what I hope-

What you thought was was right, was wrong.

There's none of you in me

I count it as a blessing.

For I wish you'd take the time to see

The hangman you're creating

Before it's over for you

Search until you can't believe

Don't wait until your time is up

Come now, look forward

With an open mind

Mend the broken people

Broken for what you've done

Before it's too late.
