Happiness.....
Getting good marks in exams makes one happy
Eating ice creams makes some happy
Splurging money on shopping makes others happy
Our parents become happy to see their children happy
Chatting with close friends too makes one happy
Sitting in sunshine makes some people happy
Good profits in business makes the businessman happy
But true and lasting happiness comes through long periods of meditation
For the reservoir of tremendous happiness is inside us.
