Happiness

Being young and getting old, is a story from the soul.

Experiences, relationships and love are human needs, but what do we do when those things leave?

Growing up is a colored pill to swallow, it leaves blue and feeling hollow.

A child and adult share a glance, both wishing to be in each others' circumstance.

The child will never know what it's missing until it's too late, the adult feels sorrow knowing the child's fate.

The joy of childhood comes from the ultimate love of oneself with no desire to change, somehow with age we learn to feel imperfect and strange.

Happiness in adult life can be found once again, the key is striving to find that long lost love of oneself we once had.
