The Happiness of Love

Happiness enveloping me whole With the love that surrounds me, Happiness is all I see While I look at the abundance of love That is cascading down me Happiness is slowly slipping out of my grasp At the sight of a thousand words, The love slowly diminishing While I look at the person that Provided this love for me This love and happiness has taught me so much--- How to be myself around others--- How to be understanding--- And most importantly--- How to love myself How to love myself Is one of the most important things of all How to be understanding, And how to act around others Is what love and happiness taught me. But that is not the only thing The heartbreak, The desperation, That comes with love and happiness have also Taught me how to care for others through the storm
