Happiness (Mind-state)

I am happy for everything in my life

I am happy for the parents I have

The friends I conversate with

The house I live under

The food I eat

Even if I did not have those things, I will still be happy

That happiness uplifts me

It helps me think of life in a different way

I am not sad for the things I want

If I do not have something

That is one less thing to be worried about if I lost it

Even if I did not have those things, I will still be happy

Happiness as a trait itself is the thing that uplifts me

It brings forth my way of thinking

Do I need things to be happy?

No, only the trait itself.

I possess a trait that only comes to you if think of it that way

As long I have happiness, I will always be happy with the things I have
