A Happy Haze Revisited

It all just got a lot easier

And I don’t know why

And I don’t know how

But I’m not about to argue

Because these last few days

Have me smiling like an idiot

An idiot that walks around in a haze

But a happy haze that

Makes me want to say

All the words that only ever

Swarm around in my head.

Going hand and hand

With my newfound glorious state

Is ignorance

And ignorance is bliss

which clouds my future memories

and traps me in the dark’s grip

This enticing fog

Has torn me from my path

If you can even call it that

And now since my view is clear

I have no idea where I am.
