A 'happy' smile

I see those around me

smiling is what I just see.

if only I could be

just like them with me.

Walking up,

seeing the sun shine,

putting a mile on my face

while others wave hi.

Smiling all day

but then again

everything can fade away.

There are

drugs

famine

sexual harrasment

abuse

accidents

crime

labor

death

fights

divorce

wars

cancer

diseases

hate

and a lot of those things

can't be stopped or fixed.

i try to smile

but that's in my head

can't make stop wondering.

Will the world ever be fixed?
