Hard to Bear

The days we aren't together are hard to bear

So sad and lonely it makes my heart tear

Sometimes it gives me quite a scare

When I look around and you aren't there

But I know someday, somewhere

Again happiness we'll share

When you're here, I breathe no air

Cause life loses all its flair

To see you again is my single prayer

To show you how much I really care

And so you'd see we're the perfect pair

My thoughts not on you are rare

I just wanted you to be aware

Your presence rids all my despair

The days we aren't together are hard to bear

To stop waiting for you... I wouldn't dare
