Hard Times

When your world is Crashing down The only thing you can do Is stand by and watch It burn You feel nothing Some say it is shock Others say it won't hit You for awhile But the truth is You can't feel anything You try but once You try you get a feeling You've never had before It scares you But you can't change Any of it You may wish it was different But what does wishing get you Abosutely nothing Then everything stops Like freezing time in place You try to move but feel stuck You can't move backyards Or forwards You just want to runaway From it all But in the end you know You can't give up You just keep pushing through If you don't You just end in nothing Your a shell of where you soul Once was Many people don't get it They sat they understand That they have been there before But there wrong Cause each person it affects different But in the end your just a shell Not feeling anything Or moving anywhere just stuck In a place Your emotions are turned off You try to change But how when you Can't feel anything Nothing is every going to change
