Hard Times Knock

Sometimes it's hard

Not to listen to the thoughts

Running rampant in your mind

But instead to listen to the beat of your heart

And how it matches the beating of your feet on the path of life

Everything around you serves a purpose

Everything is beautiful in its entirety and that includes

You

You are important

You are memorable

You are worth noticing

You are worth admiring

You are cherished and loved and wise beyond your years

You can accomplish anything

And the bad times won't stop coming

But you can stop giving them your precious time

Follow your heart, it will guide you in the direction of your dreams and that's the truth

Take the time to appreciate the little things

Lots of little things make up one big thing

A big, happy, fulfilling life that was designed all for you

Never

Stop

Believing

In

Yourself, Your abilities, or Your dreams.
