Hard work of the Farmer
How hard work it is! Reaping wheat with sickle.
The sun is in it's top most position.
Imagine what would be the labourer's state.
Absorbed in they are reaping and talking .
Strong will they hath but seems me fickle.
Wet is their suits with sweat;
poor condition.
They get their lunch and dinner with effort great.
Real farmer are they; honest; hard-working
Hath not ownership of the land; they till.
Working day and night and their children weep;
By their hard-working landlord's son's sleep.
Each and every pit of sorrow they fill.
Farmer; who is real farmer? Think deep.
Landless dependent on farmer always weep.
