The Hardest Part

Its not even a choice

Created to serve

Praying for praise

Listen to yourself

Distant, Hollow

Your lungs pounding

Short of breath

For a moment

Between the sweat

& the pounding in your chest

Clarity

Or so it felt

Addicted to the routine

Expecting to reach your limit

Mind Vs. Body

My Body is in the lead

The continuous rythm

The movement of life

Breaking down the walls

To higher plains

Energy is everywhere

It consumes us all

Enables us to grow

Created from one

Allowing us to flow

I'll show you the way

Mind and body disintegrate

The best is yet to come
