Harmony

Everyone walks along to the beat of a drum

Swaying along to a tune that they hum

Makers, or shakers, or listeners, or quakers

All can be moved by a symphony of sounds

The heart of stone softened

Glass barriers shattered

Frowns flipped upside down

Loved kindled anew

The universal medium heard by all

Bring together the short and tall

The sweet tune woven together

In a matchless harmony

Transform the world’s cacophony

In a place where differences separate all

I find inspiration in music’s call

So whether you’re a maker, a shaker, a listener, or a Quaker

Share your music with the world

Soften a heart of stone

Shatter a glass barrier

Flip a frown upside down

But most of all,

Never forget the universal

Language of music.
