Harry Potter Sonnet
The prophecy to end the dark reign
A hero, a boy born at July's end
A revenge for those who have died in van
Through life and death this boy they must defend
Betrayed by the one they thought was their friend
The Dark Lord came slithering in the night
He finds the boy whom he most apprehend
Green Flash, a scream, The Dark Lord's soul takes flight
The boy, Harry, must live up to his birthright
Time passed before they met in battle again
They dueled on land, and flew at such great heights
The Dark Lord's defeat is freedom for all
Ending The Dark Lord's immortality
The boy who lived became a legacy
