The hate of love

Me, myself, and I

How I hate to see my need to be loved

That desire to be cared for

I wish was never there

How I hate to see my need to be loved

That feeling of needing anothers comfort

I wish was never there

For love can only end in searing love or blistering pain

That feeling of needing anothers comfort

To bring two hearts together as one

For love can only end in searing love or blistering pain

How that need lingers on...

To bring two hearts together as one

That desire to be cared for

How that need lingers on...

Me, myself, and I
