HATRED

They all hated me

Because of my music

When I played my guitar,

I could see envy all over their faces

My music made them mad

So they gnawed on their incessant papers

They plotted oblivion for my guitar

But it didn’t work

They all hated me

But I could not stop for nothing

Because

It was the only thing that brought me joy.
