Haunted
Haunting moon above
rolling sea below
in boat too small for one
but now two may go
tossing and turning
we do so float
this little black kitten and I
through this great storm and night
for this serene little one and I
are but chased by the birds on high
clouded amoungst the wake and foam
hoping to be unnoticed by those at behind
we flee into this night with its moon so full
yearning for peace and our one true home
