He

HE

HE came here many years ago, sent by THE ONE and ONLY

Born out of a Virgin and a Ghost

He laid down quietly on a manger which was the most

Words that HE spoke were of Truth and LOVE

However, some thought they were above

HE made miracles on the few years HE had

HE cured the sick

HE strenghtened the weak

HE healed the hurt

HE gave HOPE

BUT

Not everyone was happy about it

Others wanted HIM dead because their hearts were full of Greed

And so HE was betrayed for thirty coins that were only worth a Bead

HE was sent in as a prisioner by the people HE loved much

And to the whips And to the Cross, HE was sent without a rush

HE died without a Sin but HE died for all of ours

HE died for all the murderers, the robbers, and the liars

HE gave HIS life so WE could have one too

So on the third day HE rose back from the Tomb

HIS name is JESUS CHRIST and HE came for YOU and ME

And now HE's calling YOU so HE can set YOU FREE.
