He Loves Me

He says I love you,

After causing both of your eyes to turn purple and blue

You believe he is right

He only gets angry when you go out for the night

Even with it’s just with your girl friends

You have to stay with him on the weekends

He starts to question where you are

Calling non-stop, even tracks your car

But he tells you he loves you

And you thinks it’s true

For when he makes a mistake

He brings you flowers and a cupcake

It’s all okay for a while

Until you change your style

He calls you a whore

And then says you are a bore

It’s always your fault

Even if he’s the one with the assault

You are constantly in worry

And saying you are sorry

But he loves you

And you believe all he is saying is true
