He was

The cold breeze touches me like he did

The soft hands that my mind forbid

The memories I kept but I want to get rid

He sees me like I am a disrespectful kid

Was he my true love?

He was my first love that made me cry at night

Made me forgive him after a long fight

Hugged him tight at daylight

I asked myself, "Was I his kryptonite?"

People think I made a fool of myself

Loving him felt magnificent

I can't breathe every time he sings lullaby

Do I deserve this feeling when I intended to do was to love him?

Was he worth it?
