He was toxic

Location

South Africa

He was toxic

Well that is what she thought
A man not a boy with a filthy past
Trying to make his future something better
Better than the smoke of weed that gushed in his room
The  bulb as it rolls while he lits it
The fear in his mothers eyes has the monster within holds her life in the claws of his hands

He was toxic
Well that is what she thought
A man not a boy with a filthy past
As he sees her he hopes for that better future
A pure piece better than the ones before
However the ones before were predictable
The ones before were his playground
She was his heaven
She was his new drug
He was toxic
Well that is what she thought
A man not a boy with a filthy past

His heaven became his hell
His new drug killed him faster than his old drug
His heart crushed as she only sees what the world has made him to be.
She created a playground with his heart
She was toxic, He was not
A woman not a girl with a ice cold heart
