He will


He will respect you He will help you He will acknowledge your thoughts And never resent you He will motivate you He will inspire you Like a tree he will ground and cultivate you He will never hurt you He will never ignore you If he leaves your side, that’s on him, not on you He has a choice And so do you If he chooses to fall short, you will be through So let it be known, right from the start You take very seriously, matters of the heart.
