Healer By Kendall Garman

To Dr. Stine

I was a friel flower withering in the sun,

each petal fell from my base.

You picked me up with gentle hands,

and restored my youth.

You nurtured me,

protected me,

and made me brand new.

You picked me up when I fell down,

you made me well when I was sick,

you saw my inner strength when I didn’t.

You made me who I am today,

I wouldn’t want it any other way.

This is to my Oncolegest because I wouldn't be alive today if it were not for here and I would not be as positive and strong as I am today without her incuragement.
