Healing

I am a wounded a warrior.

Afraid to fall in love again.

There's a gaping hole where a heart should be.

It was ripped out during battle in October.

I suffer from injuries fear of embarrasment and attachment.

"I've been hurt enough" I tell myself.

"It's all reptition."

So I try to hold back.

But is holding back really healing?

Or is it experience.

If I fear I'll never know.

To get rid of fear I must know.

I must heal, thats what warriors do.
