Healing

Healing

I’m choosing to stay inside today no social media no phone just me at home alone enjoying me.  Figuring out what makes me happy processing what has made me sad overcoming the feelings of being mad it’s bad when I’m not in control of me letting myself relive this toxic energy is like slapping myself in the face when I know nothings wrong with me

I’m choosing to stay inside cause when I look in the mirror I have no where to hide. I polished my toes then clipped my nails smothered myself in cover because today I’m not getting out of bed looked at my phone ring atleast 27 times didn’t hit the ignore button because I didn’t want you feeling as if your on mind told my friends I wouldn’t be out tonight for drinks instead I’ll read a book and later meditate take this time think

I’m healing

Because I have lost sight of what’s important to me what happened to the time that’s left me realizing more and more that I’ve lost consistency replaced it with procrastination my drive to be someone can’t be stagnanted not by love not even by friends not by family  not even these kids i called out of work won’t be able to make it. Tired of seeing my coworkers dumb facial expressions I ordered me a purse offline then finished my night off with a whole bottle of wine

I’m healing

I need to love me I thought I knew what love and happiness looked like until I met me then I realized I was just pretending and that’s someone I can’t be a woman must always refocus her energy be the strong one even when she’s burdened down with insecurities this ass and tits don’t make me it’s the beauty of my mental stability acknowledging your uniqueness is a strength tap into it

Heal with me
