Health

HEALTH-RAMANPREET KAUR

In order for us to live our lives,

we should first take extra care of our bodies.

Our bodies are our temples.

If we take our bodies for granted,

there will come a day of regret and remorse.

As a human being,

we should take care of God’s gifts:

these include our physical,

spiritual,

and mental wellness.
