A Health Relationship?

A Healthy Relationshp? 

Wow, I wish we knew what that meant.

It must have been anounced between the hitting and mocking.

It must have fundamental values like trust.

Wow. Trust. Is that something that we had?

Oh, likethe time I told you a secret and you told it to our third grade class....

That as fun. 

We know this isn't heathy; this... whatever we have

you know it. I know it. But nobody else does

the don't see the things that happen behind closed doors.

They don't see the pain. The tears. The sars: mental and physical.

It's not easy to see an unhealthy relationship from th outside,

But it's important that if you do see the symptoms, that you are there for that friend.

It's important that you sit at her bedside, in the midst of the tears, and feed her icecream.

It's impotant that whatever it takes, you help this friend get out of this mess that they are in

And help them lick their wounds.

Because, when it comes down to it, she might face more difficulty as time passes

She may forget you, and what you did for her

But, she will never forget the progress that she made because of you.

And even if she forgets your name and the type of icecream you fed her in her time of need,

You are okay with that

Because seeing her move on is more important to you than your own credibility.

That, my friends is a true, healthy, relationship.
