Healthy Ways

I used to love McDonalds - yum. Then those fries went straight to my bum. I started eating lettuce and carrots, now I'm as thin and nimble as farrets. I still eat a burger every now and then, but only one, no longer ten. It's nice to be healthy instead of a fatty but now I think all are a little more chatty. They always ask what I did to be thin, I tell them, "No, it isn't a sin." I still eat my food and don't throw it up, I chow on an apple just like my pup. There's no need for those meds or pills, or any expensive surgery bills. I excercise lots and eat just right. I keep myself healthy through morning and night.
