Heart

I got a heart no one cares about but me

I protect my heart to the point I let no one in

I keep people out to save myself from the hurt & pain

I just don’t want to feel the pain we call “Heartbreak”

I don’t wear my heart on my sleeve

I’m to scared that someone will make me feel loved

Then just leave…

I keep my heart on lock and key

I feel as if no one deserves it but me
