Heart of Ink. Feelings on Paper.
My heart is the ink.
I fill my pen, ready to write my feelings on paper.
I pull up my head, looking around.
It’s dark, but my paper shines bright.
My trials, my obstacles, everything that has set me back.
On this page, glowing, shining.
It lights my way, this paper.
Through the darkness of my life.
And they’ve saved my life, helped me see.
As I put my feelings on paper.
