A Heart in the Stars

What should I do

I’ve opened my heart

Only for it to be broken

I’ve put up a wall

Slowly ever slowly it crumbles

Crumbles with the words you say

Should I believe the hearts

The flirting nature

Or is it just friends….

My heart races as I think

As I hope…. wish

Maybe while wishing upon that star
