Heart talks

I know what you want,

It's not her, move on

I know the soulship you seek,

This is not it, search elsewhere

I know the relationship you pray for,

This is nothing like it, push on

I know your goals,

The dreams you've built up

This doesn't look like it, stay focused.

"During your dilemma and travails,

When you were in deep-water,

I was there for you

I kept you focused,

Listen to me",

The Heart says.

I  know your longings,

To be wanted

The oppression

I ache too

I know you excitement,

The fast life,

I know you want it

It causes you to leap,

Without discerning

I understand

I want it (the fast life) too

I know the tear within you

I feel it too

But chill.

"During lonely times,

When you were downcasted,

When you thought the world is against you,

I was there for you,

I set the mind on better things

Take hold of my words",

The Heart says.
