Heartbeater

REGRET is poison.

SAFETY is the spoon we drink it from.

We ask,

How do you live a full life?

A life without regret?

There are three things you must do everyday.

LEARN.

LAUGH.

CRY.

If you learn something new everyday,

If you laugh from something so funny you heard,

If you cry from something so sad you experienced,

How can you possibly live any more than that?

On your deathbed,

You watch the heart monitor.

Up and down.

Highs and lows.

Laughing and crying.

You learn you have lived

Life without regrets.
