Heartbroken
In the middle of the night,
When everyone else is asleep
No one knows that I weep,
Weep for the love that said it would never bend
Said it would been there until the end,
But things happened during the season
And I'll never quite know the reason,
Why you said your heart turned blind
And I have to act like I don't mind,
But as I sit here with this pain
I know that this lesson will someday be my gain
