Heartfelt Apologies
It confuses me so how feelings come and go and I’ll have nowhere to go but down
A steep drop occurs nothing to preserve I’m vulnerable and I’m about to fall to the curb
Wind throws me back and forth as I act as nature’s ragdoll
I have nothing to pad my fall
Sometimes my near death
But these feelings aren’t strong as they once were
I was so tempted to act on these thoughts all it would take was a jerk
A blade would become part of my body
Taking place of where my heart use to be
So give someone my heart but destroy my brain
I swear I’m a good person
I just think I’m insane
