HeartHeartHeart Break

How can you do this and feel no shame? How can you honestly not care? I sit and I wait, patience for you, you don’t deserve, you don’t get it You rip me apart and you cast me to the wind And I will allow you to do it. Can I say no to the one I love most? Can I say good-bye to you? Or can I sit and rot like a corpse and converse with the worms that are eating me? And you don’t care. You’re probably asleep somewhere, smiling, you probably got what you want. Live on the street, don’t come home. I don’t NEED you, I can get it somewhere else. Why do I say that? Cuz I KNOW it hurts you. That’ll be in the back of your mind. And you’ll say: I can get it somewhere else too. You proved that. But you know I can do better. And you cannot. You KNOW it. Bask in the glory of your self-defeat. You dug your grave. LIE IN IT. I think it’s time to say good-bye. You have ripped me apart over and over. All I ask for is a phone call. For you not to break your promises. But that’s too much. Too much. YOU’RE TOO MUCH. And I don’t need you. It’s better that we break.
