Heat beat

My mother, a person who gave birth to me. A child, who almost lost that mother. This is how my story begins. The pregnancy was a hushed one Cold hands met with warms hands As the grim reaper also craddle my mother's belly Hush words of joy and worry Soon to explode with tears of joy As they hear the baby frist breath of fate The heart now beats Strong and wild The kid growing stronger while the mother is growing weaker The doctors come in scratching their heads Confusion met with no sympathy as the cold words say we dont know your condition, sorry Rattle through the bones and heart of my mother For now the grim reaper is cradling my mom and not me I have a heart beat to share A heart that I can give by caring for others A beat to always share with my mom Who gave me this life And the beat if mine to enjoy life
