Heat Waves and Summer Days

Sunshine streamin' through the trees,

Ain't nothin' better than havin' you with me.

This week's been rather rather hot,

Circumstances gettin' to my skin.

But now all that's in the past,

And life's sent me another breeze.

Things might end up a little tough,

But that makes the good times all the sweeter.
