Heaven Or Hell?
One day someone asked me what I wanted to be, and I answered "I'm not sure"
since then I have wanted to be a vet, a therapist, a photographer, a director, an actor, a singer, a painter, and a writer
Now, I want to be the one thing that never crossed my mind, a human being.
I want to feel, I want to cry, to hurt, to laugh, to smile, to love
Once someone asked me if I believed in heaven and hell
I told them if they exist I want to go to hell, because no heaven will ever be enough for people
I told them if heaven and hell are real, when I die I want to go to hell
if there is a hell it must be empty because all of the devils are here
And death can't be worse than life
Empty containers, ones that used to hold dreams that have long since been dashed, liter the floor of life.
The open sky stretches out above, but only those that fly can live up there
Heaven or hell? which would you choose?
Heaven, what everyone hopes for, where your dreams come true, where you are at peace?
But why have the same hopes as everyone else?
Why go to where you have no dreams since they are all reality?
Why exist in any form, any where if you are at peace?
Or Hell, which you've already lived through, where it can't be worse than life.
What would you choose?
