Heavy and Light

Is it possible to feel both heavy and light

I feel the heaviness in my heart

I am a flawed person

I am not outgoing and I'm not that girl that's sought after

I am seflish and naiive

I have done things in my life that I am ashamed to share

But nonetheless, I feel light

I feel graceful and elegant

I am witty and happy

My face glows and my insides flutter

I feel alive

This is how I am meant to feel

Solely and definitedly

I feel both heavy and light

I realize now I am meant to feel both

Heavy and light

I am the day and I am the night

I am both,

heavy and light
