The Hectic Language Class

Dear Mrs. Day,

I am not hearing what you have to say today.

The skies are awful grey and my mind is full of static.

Perhaps you should teach us why this class is so erratic.

Reach out to us, teach us not to be so dramatic!

This book, it has no lessons, has no meaning, tell the girl next to me to stop screaming!

I like Shakespeare. We should learn about him, his works aren't demeaning.
